Monthly On-Location Visits

We visit your restaurant monthly and produce a fresh batch of photography and video. Seasonal menus, events and promotions all covered without additional briefing.

Food and Venue Content Batch

Monthly delivery of edited stills and short-form videos. Content volume agreed at the start of the retainer. Includes both food content and venue atmosphere.

Seasonal Menu Updates

New menu launches, seasonal changes, specials boards and limited-time dishes all covered as part of the monthly retainer. Planned 4-6 weeks ahead of each menu change.

Event and Campaign Content

Valentine's, Mother's Day, Christmas, bank holidays and private events. Campaign content planned and shot as part of the monthly retainer at no additional cost.

Full Buyout Rights

Common questions about Monthly Retainer

We agree a rolling content calendar at the start of the retainer. Each month we visit your restaurant, create the agreed volume of food photography and video, and deliver via Google Drive within 7 working days. Seasonal menus and events are built into the calendar automatically. The retainer runs monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

There is no fixed minimum term on the standard retainer. We recommend a 3-month initial period to build a consistent content library and see measurable impact on bookings, but this is not contractually required. Cancel with 30 days written notice.

All files are delivered within 7 working days of the shoot date via shared Google Drive. Content is provided as high-resolution JPEGs and MP4s in all required formats.

Yes. All packages are on-location shoots at your property. We are based in Buckinghamshire and cover the whole of the UK. A travel supplement may apply for properties outside the South East.

What if the content does not meet the brief?

We discuss the brief in detail before every shoot and confirm the content plan before we arrive. In the rare case that delivered content misses the mark, we will work with you to resolve it.
