The four
Every hotel package, with the film named
The film is the product. The Reels are cut from the same footage, which is why there are more of them than you would get from a shoot priced per video, and why they cost less per piece than a standalone UGC video does.

Every row that says no matters as much as every row that says yes. Ordering the wrong package is the expensive mistake here, so the ceilings are published rather than discovered.

How to choose
The three questions that decide it
Most properties overthink this. It comes down to three things and none of them is budget.
- Is your restaurant part of what you sell?If yes, you need two nights and full board, because lunch and dinner service cannot be filmed on a bed and breakfast basis. That rules out the entry package for most country house and spa hotels.
- Will any of this go into an ad account? If yes, start at Film and Campaign. The entry package is organic only, and buying it first then needing paid rights means paying twice.
- Is this a season or the property? The Seasonal Campaign films Christmas, or summer, while the building is dressed and the offer is live. Film and Campaign films the property as it is, all year. Different jobs rather than more of the same.
- And one that decides the retainerIf your occupancy swings hard by season, a single annual shoot can only ever be right for one quarter of the year. That is the case for a monthly rhythm rather than a bigger one off.
What you provide
A stay, travel, and nothing else
There is no fee beyond the published price and no expenses invoice afterwards. What the property covers is set out here so it can be signed off before anyone commits.
- A room for twoOne, two or three nights depending on the package. Bed and breakfast on the entry tier, full board above it.
- Travel to the propertyWe are in Buckinghamshire and work UK wide. Anything outside the usual radius is quoted before booking rather than added afterwards.
- Access, and your policy on peopleWhich areas we can film, whether staff appear, and whether guests are avoided entirely. Most properties say staff yes and guests no.
- That is the whole listNo crew, no lighting hire, no location fee, no second unit. Two people arrive with what they need.

Questions
Choosing between the four
If you have never had the property filmed, The Property Film gives you a long form film and six Reels from one night, and it tells you whether the format works for you before you commit to more. If your restaurant, pool or spa is part of what you are selling, start at Film and Campaign, because two nights and full board is what makes those filmable.
It is a production requirement rather than a courtesy. Lunch and dinner service cannot be filmed by creators who are not eating there, so a property selling its restaurant needs the middle tier or above.
Two nights means a second day, which is the main practical reason to choose Film and Campaign over the entry package for a property with outdoor space, a terrace or grounds.
As early as you can. A Christmas or Valentine's window is a few weeks wide and it is the same few weeks for every property that wants it filmed. Dates are agreed in writing before anything is booked.
From Film and Campaign upwards, yes, at no extra charge. The entry package carries organic rights only, which covers your own channels, website and booking pages.
Only with permission. Tell us your policy before the visit and we work to it. Most properties prefer staff on camera and guests avoided entirely.
Usually. Four quarterly visits across a year cost more than twelve monthly ones on the retainer and leave three month gaps where the content ages. Most properties take one larger package first for the evergreen film, then move to the rhythm.
A stay for two and travel to the property. One night, two or three depending on the package. Nothing else, and no fee beyond the published price.
Why it works
What a night on site actually buys
A property gives you more per hour than anything else we film
A room, a corridor, a breakfast service and a bar are four locations without leaving the building, which is why a single night produces a long form film and six Reels while a product shoot produces one video. The constraint is never material, it is light, and light is why the visit has to span an evening and a morning rather than an afternoon.
Breakfast is filmed at breakfast
Not staged at three in the afternoon with the curtains adjusted. It is the single most requested shot by hotels and the one most often faked elsewhere, and it is the clearest example of why a stay produces something a half day visit cannot. The same applies to a bar at dusk and a room before it has been lived in.
Where most properties should start
If you have never commissioned creator content, the entry package produces enough to post for weeks and tells you whether the format suits your property. If you already run paid social, start one tier up, because organic rights on an asset destined for an ad account is money spent twice. And if your occupancy swings by season, the retainer beats any of them.
Not sure? Tell us about the property and we will say plainly which one fits, including when the answer is a cheaper one. Restaurants are on the restaurant packages page.
Bespoke
A group, a launch, or something not on this list?
Some hospitality briefs do not fit a package. A group with several properties, an opening with a fixed press date, a wedding or events season, or a property outside the usual travel radius. When that is the shape of it we scope the work rather than pushing you into the nearest package.
Quotes are prepared individually. Send us the property, the dates and what you need it for, and we come back with scope and a fixed figure. Quotes can also be requested at [email protected].
- Multi property groups
- Openings with a fixed press date
- Weddings and events seasons
- Longer stays than three nights
- Properties outside the UK
Pick a package, then we agree dates
Every price published, nothing booked until the diary is confirmed in writing, and both of us on every shoot.
