The kitchen at seven o'clock, which nobody else is filming
A full shift on site for a venue film of 5 to 8 minutes, plus 6 Reels, 12 stills, Stories and 10 captions. Every competitor posts plates. Almost none post a pass in service.
★★★★★ Three years of bar and restaurant content for No Escape London and Purgatory Bar
Book this package
Nothing is filmed until the running order is agreed with your head chef. If the kitchen will not have a camera in it, say so now and buy the Menu Spotlight instead, which is the cheaper package further down this page.
Prices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is added. International venues are quoted individually rather than bought here, so ask first.
What you get
The whole list, including what a full day does not buy
A day costs more than a session because we are there when the room fills, not because the list is longer. Both are below.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| The venue film | One film of 5 to 8 minutes, covering food, drinks, the chef working and service |
| Reels | 6, cut from the same shift |
| Social stills | 12, from prep through to a full room |
| Stories pack | Included, built for specials, availability and last minute covers |
| Captions | 10, written to the content rather than to a template |
| Raw footage | The full B-roll pack from the day, yours to keep and re-cut |
| Time on site | Both of us, up to 8 hours, planned around your service rather than instead of it |
| Formats | Every Reel is cut in all three ratios, being 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 |
| Delivery | 5 working days from the shoot |
| Advertising rights | Included, being a 12 month paid media licence on Meta, TikTok and Google |
| The venue provides | Access across the day, and a meal for each of us |
| Not included | A separate short brand advert, a photographer, or a second day. A group or a launch with a press date is quoted rather than packaged |

What the price actually covers
- A film of 5 to 8 minutesThe piece that sits on your website, your booking page and your listing rather than only in a feed that scrolls past it.
- 6 Reels from a working shiftPrep, the pass, a drink being built, the room at eight. Six different subjects rather than six angles on one plate.
- 12 social stills and a Stories packEnough to cover the days between Reels, which is where most venues go quiet.
- 10 captions written to the footagePosting becomes ten minutes on a Monday instead of an afternoon nobody has.
- Paid media includedThe price carries a 12 month paid media licence on Meta, TikTok and Google, with no separate fee and no request to buy it back later.
- Both of us, for up to 8 hoursWhich is what it takes to film a kitchen actually working instead of a kitchen arranged for a camera.
Why a whole shift
What you can only get by being there when it is busy
Everything in this section is unfilmable at three in the afternoon. That is the entire argument for a day.
- 01The chef working, not posing
A kitchen in service moves differently. The shorthand, the pace, the plate going up with a hand already reaching for the next one. Viewers know within a second which one they are watching.
- 02Prep, which is the secret nobody posts
Bones going in at seven in the morning, pasta rolled by hand, the sauce that takes six hours. It is the content venues are most reluctant to allow and the content that consistently performs best.
- 03A full room, which cannot be staged
Atmosphere at eight on a Saturday is the single strongest booking argument a restaurant has, and no amount of lighting reproduces it at three.
- 04The handover between sections
The ninety seconds before service, the briefing, the last check of the pass. Short, human and completely absent from every competitor's feed.
Real people, real service
Nobody in your content is generated
Meta, TikTok and the FTC now require AI generated people to be labelled, and a labelled ad measurably underperforms an unlabelled one. On a package whose whole value is a real kitchen under real pressure, that is not a philosophical point.
- Your brigade, your room, your serviceFilmed as it happens. There is nothing to disclose because there is nothing generated.
- We are not against the toolsVelena edited inside Picsart's own product for eleven months. The question is what a diner trusts, and a real pass is the thing they trust.
- Faces stay on your policyTell us the rule for staff and guests before the day. Most venues are happy for the brigade and want guests out of frame entirely.
The two things worth reading twice
What you keep, and where you are allowed to run it
Hospitality content gets commissioned once and used for a year, so both of these matter more here than on a product shoot.
The raw footage
The whole usable take from the day, handed over with the edits rather than kept on our drive.
- Yours to re-cut whenever you like
- Delivered alongside the film and the Reels
- Useful for Stories, the website and the booking engine
- Yours to keep with no time limit
Paid media, for 12 months
The advertising licence is in the price. It runs for a defined term rather than for ever, which is stated here so nobody discovers it in an ad account eighteen months from now.
- Advertising on Meta, TikTok and Google
- Your own channels, website and booking engine
- Email and screens inside the venue
- No separate fee at any point

Terms in plain English
What you are agreeing to, without the legal register
Two people are going to be inside your building for a whole shift, including the parts customers never see. These are the clauses that actually govern that, written the way we would say them across a table.
- The date is yours once we both hold itA date is agreed in writing through the contact page after purchase. Buying does not book a specific shift on its own, because your calendar and ours have to meet.
- Access and permission are yours to giveYou confirm you can allow filming in the kitchen and front of house, including any landlord permission.
- Staff and guests appear on your policy, not oursTell us the rule and we work to it. Anyone who does not want to be on camera does not go on camera, brigade included.
- The advertising licence has a term, the organic use does notPaid media runs for the period stated above. Organic use on everything you own has no end date.
- We will turn work downIf a brief is not something we can do well, we say so before taking money. That includes telling you a cheaper package is the right one.
- The rest is on the terms pagePayment, licensing and liability are set out in full on the terms and conditions. Read those rather than a summary of them.

Bespoke
A group, a launch, or a venue outside the usual radius?
Some hospitality briefs do not fit a package. A group with several properties, an opening with a fixed press date, a wedding or events season, or a venue outside the usual travel radius. When that is the shape of it we scope the work rather than pushing you into the nearest package.
Quotes are prepared individually. Send us the shape of the problem and we come back with scope, timings and a fixed figure, usually within one business day.
- Multi property groups
- Openings with a fixed press date
- Weddings and events seasons
- Several venues filmed in one week
- Venues outside the United Kingdom

Questions
Before you book
No, and closing would defeat the point. The most valuable material on this package only exists while you are open and busy, so the day is built around your service rather than instead of it.
For about four minutes of the shift, yes, and we agree which four with the head chef beforehand. The rest is filmed from where we are not standing in anyone's line.
Access across the day and a meal for each of us. No lighting, no closed section, nobody pulled off a station to help.
Yes, and the licence is in the price with no separate fee. It runs for 12 months on Meta, TikTok and Google, which is the same term as every other range on this site.
Menu Spotlight is the plates and the room in an afternoon, with organic use only. This adds the chef, the service, the behind the scenes material, the venue film, the Stories, the captions and the advertising licence.
Service usually runs long, so the running order for a Content Day is planned with slack already in it. A kitchen that is behind is not a kitchen that wants a camera in it, and we would rather lose a shot than a friendship with your head chef.
Within 5 working days of the shoot, the whole package together rather than the Reels first and the film a fortnight later.
Across the United Kingdom from High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. International venues and anything beyond the usual radius are quoted individually, so ask through the contact page before you buy.
Why it works
Content Day in practice
Why the kitchen outperforms the food
Every restaurant posts its plates and almost none post their kitchen. A diner has seen ten thousand plates this year and almost no passes, so the plate is generic and the pass is not. It is also the only footage a competitor cannot replicate by hiring the same photographer.
What the venue film is actually for
A film of several minutes is not a social post and should not be judged as one. It goes on the homepage, the booking page, a listing, a pitch to a wedding client and an email to a corporate booker. All places where somebody has already decided to look for longer than three seconds.
Where a day beats a session, and where it does not
If the point is a new menu, a session covers it and costs a fraction. If the point is showing people who you are, a session cannot, because nothing that makes a restaurant worth choosing happens between services. That is the dividing line we use when somebody asks which to buy.
What happens after
Most venues that take content seriously do one day and then move to the monthly retainer rather than repeating it, because the day builds the evergreen material and the retainer keeps it current. If a day is more than you need right now, the Menu Spotlight is the smaller version. Tell us about the venue and we will name the one that fits, including when it is the cheaper one.
