How this works if your product ships from abroad

We work with brands worldwide and most of what we sell needs nothing posted at all. This range is the exception, because the video is filmed with your actual product in shot.

• Send it by any tracked international serviceTo our High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire address. The working days quoted start the day it arrives with us, not the day you order, so add your own transit time when you plan around a launch date. On this pack in particular, transit can easily exceed the production itself.
• Mark the parcel as a commercial sampleAnd pay any duty at your end. We cannot clear a package held at customs, and one held long enough delays the shoot rather than the invoice.
• Send a unit you are content to loseThe product is used on camera and does not come back in saleable condition.
• Prices are in pounds sterlingIf you are outside the UK your card issuer sets the exchange rate, and VAT treatment depends on where your business is registered, which we confirm before invoicing rather than guessing.

Before you order

The terms, in plain English

The full terms and conditions govern every order. These six change what you should do next.

• We make the creative, we do not run the accountVelena Lifestyle is an advertising agency, SIC 73110. We produce the assets. Where they run, to whom, at what budget and with what targeting is yours as the advertiser, and so is responsibility for the advert as published. Section 16.
• Nothing is committed until filming startsIf we decline your brief, or you change your mind before we begin filming, the order is unwound in full and you owe nothing. Once filming has begun it is not, because the shoot has happened. Section 7.
• The claims are yoursWe script from your approved claims list and film what is observable. You hold the evidence behind every claim, and we flag anything that reads as a medicinal rather than a cosmetic claim before filming. Section 15.
• What the licence never allowsNo resale or sub licensing to another brand, a marketplace or a reseller, and no using the content to train an artificial intelligence model or generate a synthetic likeness. Those restrictions outlast the licence term. Section 11.
• Some categories we declineGambling, adult, cryptoasset, political, tobacco and vaping, weapons and prescription medicines outright. Alcohol, supplements, CBD, weight management and financial products case by case. Section 6.
• Platform decisions are not oursA platform can reject, restrict or remove an advert for reasons nobody controls. We produce to the CAP Code and the platform rules as we understand them, and we help you read a rejection at no charge, but the outcome sits with you.
