Retained work

Six case studies, with the numbers

Each page walks through what was inherited, what changed, what was measured and over what period. Every figure comes from Meta Business Suite or from the platform itself, over a stated window. Client confidentiality limits what we publish, and anything not on the page is not for print.

  • Snaptrip Group

2.6M organic views since September 2025

Seven travel brands, eleven accounts, three platforms. More than 1,300 posts planned, written and shipped by the two founders. Travel and hospitality.

    Read the Snaptrip case study
  • Purgatory Bar

4.1M Instagram views January to June 2026

Instagram first management for a London venue. One Reel reached three million views organically, and the format kept working after it. Interactions up 2,900 per cent.

    Read the Purgatory case study
  • Silvi the Artist

    870 products live June 2026

A WooCommerce store built from nothing: worldwide shipping, canvas and paper variations across seven series, and daily ecommerce management since launch.

    Read the Silvi case study
  • No Escape London

    Three years retained since 2023

One of London's most distinctive venues, run on social since 2023. Copy we wrote for the client was picked up by Conde Nast and TimeOut. That is the client's press, not ours.

Read the No Escape case study
  • Nikolov Nikola

    Brief to live June 2026

A portfolio site for a young professional goalkeeper, built so a scout searching his name finds something he owns rather than a social profile he rents.

  • HoneyBee and Co.

Built, run and sold by us

Not a client. Our own subscription honey brand, where we built the store, filmed the launch and run the channels. HoneyBee and Co. has been featured in Vogue; that is the brand's press, not the agency's.

How the work divides

Three lanes, and the same two people in all of them

Every lane below is delivered by the founders. One point of contact from the first brief to the last hand off, no account manager churn, and nothing sent out to a subcontractor. Retainers run monthly.

  • 01Social media management

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X. Strategy, content, scheduling, community and reporting. Snaptrip Group, No Escape London and Purgatory Bar all sit here. See the plans.

  • 02UGC video production

Filmed by the same people who plan it. Twelve categories, four tiers each. Picsart, Enara Wellness and Newmiuz have all bought UGC on repeat. See the portfolios.

  • 03Website and WooCommerce

WordPress and WooCommerce end to end. Silvi the Artist, HoneyBee and Co. and Nikolov Nikola were all built here, from a goalkeeper's portfolio to an 870 product store. See the WooCommerce work.

How to read these

What a figure on this site means

Numbers in marketing are usually unfalsifiable. These are not, and the rules below are the reason you can check them.

  • Every figure has a windowA percentage with no period attached is not a result, it is a shape. Each case study states the start date, the end date and the source.
  • Organic is stated as organicWhere a figure is organic we say so, and where there was ad spend we say that too. The Purgatory and Snaptrip numbers carry no paid promotion at all.
  • Client press stays the client'sConde Nast, TimeOut and Vogue are achievements of the businesses we work for. The agency's own press is a feature in Women's Health, and we do not blur the two.
  • Our own brand is labelledHoneyBee and Co. is ours, not a client, and it says so on the card and on its page. It is in the portfolio because we carry the same risk we ask a client to take.

Questions

Answers before you get in touch

What these have in common

Why the retainers last

Consistency is the mechanism, not the slogan

The three million view Reel at Purgatory Bar was not a lucky post. It arrived after months of steady output that had already taught the algorithm what the account was and who it should reach. That is the honest version of how organic reach works, and it is why a retainer beats a campaign for a venue: the compounding is the product.

One agency across a portfolio beats one freelancer per brand

Snaptrip Group runs seven brands across eleven accounts. Each has its own audience, its own voice and its own cadence, and the common failure is that each ends up with a different creator and a different standard. Centralising it produced a single quality bar without flattening the brands into each other.

Building the thing is not the same as running it

Silvi the Artist and HoneyBee and Co. are both stores we built and both stores we still run. Agencies that have only ever built ecommerce have never processed a return, configured a shipping zone or dealt with a payment gateway at eleven at night. That operational knowledge is the difference between a site that launches and a site that sells.
