Velena Lifestyle reviews: what our clients say, in their own words and with their own names on it
Every review below is from a named person at a named company who paid us, either on retainer or for a project. Nothing is anonymised, nothing is paraphrased, and nothing is edited for length. If a quote reads awkwardly, that is because it is what they wrote.
What these clients pay
We are in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and work with UK and international clients. Prices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is added. If you are ordering from outside the UK your card issuer sets the exchange rate, and anything due in your own country is outside our invoice.

A review is only worth anything if you can check it
Most agency testimonial pages carry first names, job titles and no company. Ours carry the person, the role and the business, because a review you cannot verify is decoration. Every quote below is stored once and rendered here, so what you read is exactly what the client wrote and it cannot drift as the site is edited.
What is on this page
- Named people at named companiesEvery review carries a full name, a role and the business, so any of them can be looked up.
- Verbatim, including the typosWe do not tidy a client's grammar. A review that reads too smoothly usually was not written by a client.
- Paying clients onlyRetainers and paid projects. No contra deals, no gifted work and no reviews from people we have not invoiced.
What is not on it
- No anonymous quotes"A hospitality client" is not a reference. If we cannot name them, they do not appear.
- No platform badges we cannot evidenceRatings appear where the profile is public and linked, and nowhere else. Top Rated on Upwork with 100 per cent Job Success, and 5 star rated on Fiverr.
- No results we did not produceWhere a client mentions their own press coverage, that is their claim in their words, not ours.

Why this wall is short. It only carries brands that have agreed to be named, and it deliberately leaves out anything we own ourselves. An agency logo wall padded with side projects is the oldest trick on the internet and it is the reason nobody trusts them.

Every one is from a named person at a named company that paid us. We are happy for a serious prospect to contact any of them directly rather than take our word for it. Ask through the work page and we will make the introduction.
Because these are the ones where the client agreed to be named in full. We have worked with 100+ brands since 2022, and most of that work sits under agreements that do not allow us to name anybody. A short page of checkable reviews is worth more than a long one of initials.
Yes. We are based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and work with UK and international clients. UGC needs the product posted to us, everything else is remote or on location. Payment is in pounds sterling and accepted from any country, and we reply within one business day.
Mostly social media management on a rolling monthly basis, plus UGC production, WooCommerce builds and LinkedIn management. Every package is priced in the shop.
Revisions are included on every package and stated on each product rather than negotiated afterwards. On the monthly services, Rolling monthly, 2 months notice, no setup fees. If something is not working we would rather you paused than stayed out of inertia, and we will say so before you do.
Within one business day. It is one of us replying rather than a form response, and if your project is not something we should take we will say that instead of booking a call.
