Book the trip
Nothing is booked until the dates and the shot list are agreed. If you only need proof the format works, Destination Reels does that for less. If you want the campaign amplified through our channels as well, that is Brand Ambassador Trip.
What you get
What is included, and what is not
The rows that say not included carry this page. A trip happens once and the light on the day cannot be ordered again, so what is and is not in scope has to be settled before anybody books a flight.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Reels | 12, edited vertical and ready to post. |
| Stills | 30 or more, high resolution, colour graded. |
| Feature film | One, 5 to 8 minutes, cut for YouTube and for a hero slot on your own site. |
| Written feature | One long form article about the destination, supplied as text you can publish under your own byline or ours. |
| Captions | 15, written to the Reels rather than generated from them. |
| Time on location | 2 to 3 days, excluding travel days. |
| Usage rights | Full buyout. The destination owns the footage outright, with no end date, no platform limit and the right to sub-license it on. |
| Our own channels | Not included. Amplification is only on Brand Ambassador Trip. |
| You cover | return travel and accommodation for two, plus meals on shooting days. |
| Delivery | Within 12 working days from the end of the trip, through a shared Google Drive. |
Every figure on this page reads live from the shop, and the currency and tax position is stated here rather than left to the checkout screen. Prices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is added. If you are ordering from outside the UK your card issuer sets the exchange rate, and anything due in your own country is outside our invoice.
Included
What the price covers
- Twelve edited ReelsEnough to run a full season without repeating a location or a framing, which is the point at which short form stops feeling like a trial.
- A feature filmCut for the hero slot on your own site and for YouTube, from the same trip rather than as a separate commission.
- A written featureLong form text about the destination, ready to publish. Most boards have footage and no words, and the words are what search finds.
- A caption packWritten to the Reels, in your voice, so the person scheduling them is not writing fifteen captions on a Friday afternoon.
- Outright ownershipNo term, no platform limit, and the right to pass content to operators, partners and agencies as you see fit.
- One trip, four content typesReels, stills, film and text from a single visit, which is the whole economic argument for this tier over commissioning separately.
Why the buyout sits here
A destination cannot work inside a licence term
- Destination footage outlives a campaignA product shot ages when the packaging changes. A coastline does not. Licensing footage of a place for a fixed term means paying twice for something that never stopped being accurate.
- Boards do not use content aloneRegional operators, hotel partners, airlines and trade agencies all end up wanting the same assets. Every one of those is a sub-licence conversation under a term licence, and none of them is under a buyout.
- The written feature is the part most boards skipVideo gets discovered on social and then verified on a search engine. A destination with a full set of Reels and no article is invisible at the second step, and the article is far cheaper to produce during the trip than after it.
- Four content types from one set of travel costsYou are covering travel and stay either way. The difference between this tier and the entry one is what comes back from the same journey.
The two things that decide the tier
Rights and what they let you do
Rights are the question every destination brief opens with and most creator quotes answer last, so they are answered in full here rather than as a row in a table.
Full buyout
Full buyout. The destination owns the footage outright, with no end date, no platform limit and the right to sub-license it on. There is no renewal to diary and no term to check before a campaign goes out.
- No end date and no platform limit
- Sub-license on to operators and partners
- Use in any market and any format
- Applies to the stills and the film, not only the Reels
Owned channel amplification
The content is yours to publish. Posting it from our own accounts, to the audiences named on the Ambassador page, is a separate deliverable and sits one tier up.
- No posting from Velena's Instagram
- No posting from Dragos's LinkedIn
- You publish on your own channels instead
- Brand Ambassador Trip adds both
How it works
Order to delivery in four steps
- BookAdd the package above and it goes straight to your basket. Nothing is scheduled until we have spoken.
- Agree the briefSend the destination, your markets, the sites that must appear and the angle for the written feature through the contact page. We reply within one business day.
- Travel and shootDates agreed, travel arranged, and the schedule built around light rather than around convenience.
- ReceiveReels, stills, the film, the captions and the written feature arrive together as one delivery.
Dates are agreed before anything is invoiced beyond the package itself, and we hold them once confirmed. You cover return travel and accommodation for two, plus meals on shooting days. Cancellation or a date move inside 21 days of departure means the travel already booked is not recoverable, so tell us as early as you can and we will move rather than cancel wherever the airline allows it. We travel worldwide: destinations outside the UK and Europe are routine and are quoted the same way, with the longer notice period the only difference.

Bespoke
More than one destination, or a whole season?
Some destination briefs do not fit a package. A region rather than a single site, several properties across one trip, a campaign that has to land on a fixed press date, or a repeat visit each season so the same place is shown in more than one light. When that is the shape of it we scope the work rather than pushing you into the nearest tier.
Quotes are prepared individually. Send us the shape of the problem and we come back with scope, timings and a fixed figure, usually within one business day.
- Regions rather than single sites
- Several properties in one trip
- Fixed press and campaign dates
- Seasonal repeat visits
- More than seven days on location

Questions
Before you order
Full buyout. The destination owns the footage outright, with no end date, no platform limit and the right to sub-license it on. There is no renewal date to diary and nothing to check before a campaign goes out.
Yes, and that is the main reason this tier exists. Sub-licensing on to regional partners is included, which under a term licence would be a separate conversation each time.
Yes. It is supplied as text and you decide the byline. Many boards publish it under the destination brand, which is usually the right call for search.
Half again as many Reels, a larger stills library, a feature film, a written article, a caption pack, and ownership instead of a licence. The travel costs you cover are barely different, which is what makes the step up work.
Trips are scheduled with slack for exactly that. If a day is lost we extend where the schedule allows and reduce the deliverable count in writing where it does not.
Not on this package. Posting from our accounts is a named deliverable on Brand Ambassador Trip and it is the difference between the two tiers.
Delivery runs to 12 working days from the end of the trip, because a destination shoot is scheduled weeks ahead and a figure counted from the order date would mean nothing.
In practice
Where the middle tier is the right call
Who buys this one
National and regional boards running a real season, and destinations that have already tested the format and know which sites carry it. It is also the right tier for anyone whose content has to be shared with operators, because a term licence makes that a negotiation every time.
Why the written feature matters more than it looks
Short form creates the intention and search confirms it. A destination that owns its Reels and a published article covers both halves of that journey from one trip, and the article keeps earning long after the paid budget stops.
When to go up instead
If reach matters as much as the assets do, Brand Ambassador Trip adds our own audiences to the same trip. Velena has produced creator video on retainer for Picsart and her work has been featured in Women's Health. See the Travel and Experiences portfolio or send us the destination. Single properties rather than destinations sit on the hospitality content page, and the wider record is on the case studies page.
One trip, four content types, footage you own
Add the package above and it goes straight to your basket. Dates are agreed before anything is booked.
