Couple stayThese are short form cuts. The long form property film that sits at the centre of every hotel package is delivered to the property rather than published here, so if you want to see a full one before booking, ask us and we will send a link.
What is not on this page
The film is the product, and it is not published here
Everything above is a short form cut. The 10 to 30 minute property film that sits at the centre of every hotel package goes to the property, for their site, their listing and their channels. Publishing it here would compete with the client it was made for.
- Ask and we will send oneWhere a client is happy for us to share it, we will send a full film to watch before you book. That is a better basis for a decision than any showreel.
- Reels are the visible partThey are cut from the same visit as the film, which is why hotel packages include more of them than a shoot priced per video would.
- The stills are not here eitherSocial stills are formatted for feed and Stories and go to the property with everything else.
What we create
Six hospitality formats
Which of these a property needs usually comes down to what it is trying to sell rather than what it looks like.
- Suite and room revealThe walk in, the first look, the detail a listing image flattens. The format that drives upgrades because it shows what the higher rate actually buys.
- Dining and atmosphereService, plating and a full room. Sells the occasion rather than the dish, which is what a table booking is actually made on.
- Couple stayBoth of us on camera as genuine guests. The one format a solo creator cannot film, and the one that speaks to the guest most properties most want to attract.
- Spa and wellnessTreatment rooms, pools and the quiet hour. High value content for properties where the spa is a reason to book rather than an amenity.
- Afternoon tea and F and BTiered stands, the pour, the table set. A classic high performing format that hotel food and beverage teams consistently underuse.
- Paid ad creativeHook first, built for Meta and TikTok. Included on most packages at no extra charge, and the highest return use of any of this for direct booking campaigns.

Questions
About this work
No. These are short form cuts. The 10 to 30 minute property film that sits at the centre of every hotel package is delivered to the property for their own channels rather than published here. Ask and we will send you a full one to watch.
Several. Velena and Dragos both attend every hospitality shoot, so couple content is available on any package at no extra cost. There is a separate couple UGC portfolio covering the format across categories.
Probably. Tell us the type of property through our contact page and we will send the closest examples we have, including full films where the client is happy for us to share them.
It depends on the package and we confirm the exact turnaround when the date is agreed. Restaurant sessions are the fastest at 3 to 5 working days. Hotel packages take longer because of the film.
Only with permission, and it is a deliverable rather than a condition. Being featured on velenalifestyle.com is listed in the packages because it carries its own referral value, but a property that would rather not be is simply not.
Hotel packages start at £1,950 and restaurant sessions at £650. Everything is published on the hotel and restaurant pages, with no quote form.
Why it works
Why staying beats visiting
A property has a morning and an evening
Arrival light, dinner light, breakfast light and the quiet of a corridor at nine at night are four different films. A half day visit gets one of them, which is why every hotel package here is built around a stay rather than a shoot. Breakfast is filmed at breakfast, not staged at three in the afternoon with the curtains adjusted.
Two people change what is filmable
A solo creator films a property. Two people film a stay. The difference shows up in the thing hotels most want and least often get: content with real people reacting to a room, a dinner, a view. It is not a production technique, it is simply what happens when the people filming are also the guests.
Where this content ends up
Hotels think of it as social and then use it in five places: the OTA gallery, the website, the booking engine, email and paid campaigns. The gallery matters more than most properties expect, because better content there raises conversion on the exact channel you are trying to depend on less. The full argument, with the commission arithmetic, is on the hospitality hub.

Bespoke
A group, a launch, or something not on this list?
Some hospitality briefs do not fit a package. A group with several properties, an opening with a fixed press date, a wedding or events season, or a property outside the usual travel radius. When that is the shape of it we scope the work rather than pushing you into the nearest package.
Quotes are prepared individually. Send us the property, the dates and what you need it for, and we come back with scope and a fixed figure. Quotes can also be requested at [email protected].
- Multi property groups
- Openings with a fixed press date
- Weddings and events seasons
- Longer stays than three nights
- Properties outside the UK
Want to see a full property film?
Ask and we will send one where the client is happy for us to share it. Better than any showreel.
