Send the product charged, updated and with whatever it needs to work: a cable, an app account, a SIM, a hub it pairs to. A device that will not turn on cannot be demonstrated, and finding that out here costs you a week. Sending from outside the UK is routine. Post it as a commercial sample with a low declared value, allow for customs, and the clock starts the day it lands rather than the day it left you.

A full product line filmed from one shipment, a launch under embargo until a fixed hour, a device that needs a firmware build before it can be shown, or a category where every claim needs sign off before a word is scripted. Yes, and for a collection launch it is the obvious use. One insured parcel covers all three, and you learn which piece responds before putting a budget behind any of them.
The bundle is priced on three thirty second videos, which is what most jewellery brands run. Other lengths are available on request and quoted before filming, so put it in the brief.
Yes. Organic use on your own channels plus paid media rights for 12 months from delivery. There is no tier inside the bundle where one video is licensed differently from the other two.
Mixed metals are possible, but all three are filmed under one lighting setup, so a mixed set will favour one over the other. If the range genuinely mixes warm and cool, Premium is where the second setup lives.
Briefing all three together is faster, because one shipment and one filming block covers the set. If you would rather hold one back we will film two and keep the third open, though delivery on that one runs from the date you brief it.
No. Camera files sit on Premium, along with the second lighting setup. If you need the source files, order that tier individually.
Each video carries its own revision round, so a re-edit on one does not use up the allowance on the others.

How to brief three that are actually different
The common mistake
Three videos of three pieces filmed identically tells you which piece is prettiest and nothing else. If two of your briefs could be swapped without changing a word of the script, they are the same brief with different jewellery in front of the lens.
Watch the metal before you brief
All three are filmed under one lighting setup. If your three pieces are all warm or all cool that is fine and nobody will notice. A mixed set is where it shows, and that is the case for Premium rather than for this.
What the set is really buying you
Not three videos. A read on which piece, which framing and which price point your audience responds to, before you commit a season of spend to a guess.
