Why video sells jewellery
It looked bigger in the photographs
Scale is the reason jewellery comes back. A photograph can make a 6mm hoop look like a statement earring and a fine chain look substantial, because a still image gives the eye no reference for size. Video on a body has one automatically.
- Worn, not heldEvery piece goes on the ear, wrist, neck or hand at some point. That single frame answers the size question a whole gallery of stills cannot.
- Dimensions said out loudChain length, drop, stone size and band width, spoken while the piece is on. A customer who knows the number and can see it worn orders the right thing first time.
- Close enough to read a hallmarkThe setting, the clasp, the engraving. Whatever a piece is actually charging for is what gets the macro frame, filmed moving under light rather than held still.
- Insured both waysTracked and insured to us and back to you after filming, on every tier, without asking.
Behind the content
Stills from jewellery shoots
Filmed and edited in Buckinghamshire. These three come from the same shoots the packages are built from, which is why they also appear on the tier cards.

What we create
Six jewellery and accessories formats
Which format your range needs usually comes down to where the video is going rather than what the product is.
- UnboxingPackaging, first handling and a genuine first reaction. The strongest format for gifting occasions and new collection launches, and it tells you something about your own packaging.
- Styling and layeringPieces worn in outfit and occasion context, alone and stacked. Jewellery sells in multiples more than almost any other category, and layering is how that gets demonstrated.
- Macro detailSetting, clasp, engraving and finish at close range. Communicates the thing that justifies a price and that a flat product photograph flattens completely.
- GRWM accessoriesA getting ready routine with your pieces as the finishing touch. Long watch time and strong mid funnel effect, because the viewer stays for the content.
- Paid ad creativeHook first, built for Meta and TikTok, with the argument made in the first three seconds. Two hooks on Standard, three on Premium.
- Gift reviewA gifting reaction and review for Valentine's, birthdays, anniversaries and Christmas. High emotional engagement and the highest share rate of the six.

Questions
About this work
Send your order number and brief through our contact page after checkout and we reply within one business day with our Buckinghamshire address. Use tracked and insured post for anything of value and declare the correct amount. Everything is returned by the same method after filming.
Worn, at some point in every video, on every tier. A jewellery video that never puts the piece on a body has skipped the one question a photograph cannot answer.
Yes, if you give them to us. Chain length, drop, stone size and band width go in the brief and get said while the piece is worn. It is the cheapest thing you can do to reduce returns.
Premium. Warm gold and cool silver cannot be lit correctly under one setup, so Premium includes the second one. Filmed under a single setup, one of the two always reads slightly wrong, usually the silver.
Premium only. Every usable take, unedited, at original camera resolution, in the same Google Drive folder as the finished cut.
Yes. Watches, sunglasses, bags, belts, hair accessories and small leather goods all sit in this category. Anything worn that is not clothing.
Yes, and jewellery is the category it suits most. Velena and Dragos both appear on camera, which makes a genuine gifting reaction possible rather than one person miming it. See the couple UGC portfolio.
Why it works
What jewellery video does that a product shot cannot
Two questions a photograph cannot answer
Every category has a gap between the photograph and the object. In jewellery that gap is wider than anywhere else, because the two things a buyer most wants to know are how big it is and how it catches light. A still image fixes one reflection and gives no sense of scale at all. Thirty seconds of video closes both without a word being said.
The detail shot is the price justification
A buyer looking at a hundred pound necklace and a twenty pound one is often looking at two photographs that appear broadly similar. The setting, the clasp, the weight of the chain and how the surface behaves as it turns are what separate them, and none of it survives a flat product shot. That close frame is doing more commercial work than the rest of the video.
Where jewellery brands usually start
Three pieces from the same collection, one video each, tells you which piece the content works for as well as whether the content works. If you already run paid social, start at Standard, because organic rights on an asset destined for an ad account is money spent twice.
