Entry package, or compare all three below
Nothing is booked until the dates and the shot list are agreed. If a shorter trip covers what you need, we will say so rather than sell you the larger package. Compare the three.

Read the rights row first. It is the one thing here that changes what you can do with the work afterwards, and the only choice that cannot be undone once the trip is over.

Finished work sits on the Travel and Experiences portfolio. Single properties rather than whole destinations are on the hospitality content page, and every other range is in the main shop.
The question every board asks first
Licence or buyout, and why it decides the package
This is the only difference between the packages that cannot be undone later, so it is worth settling before the deliverable counts.
A licence with a stated term
Organic use on your own channels plus paid media rights for 12 months from delivery. Written down as a term with an end date rather than as a vague permission, which is where most creator agreements come apart.
- Paid social, search, display and out of home
- Organic on your own channels continues afterwards
- The same licence on the stills and the Reels
- No sub-licensing to operators or partners
Outright ownership
Full buyout. The destination owns the footage outright, with no end date, no platform limit and the right to sub-license it on. There is no renewal to diary and nothing to check before a campaign goes out.
- No end date and no platform limit
- Sub-license on to operators, hotels and agencies
- Use in any market and any format
- Not a right over the people in the footage
Why it is priced this way
What a destination is actually buying
- A team, not a production companyThe people who plan the trip are the people who shoot it, so there is no crew to move and no production overhead to carry. That is the whole reason a destination shoot at these figures is possible at all.
- A shot list agreed before we flyBuilt from what you need to promote rather than from what happens to look good on the day. It is the difference between a set you can use and a set you can admire.
- Short form first, film secondA saved Reel is a shortlist entry, which is a different job from a brochure film. Every package leads with Reels and adds the film above it.
- Delivery counted from the end of the tripNot from the order. A destination shoot is scheduled weeks ahead, so an order date figure would be meaningless.
- One invoice, no expenses billYou cover return travel and accommodation for two, plus meals on shooting days. There is no day rate and nothing arrives afterwards.
- We will name the smaller package when it fitsA rushed set is worth less than no set, and a board that overbuys once does not come back.
How it works
Enquiry to delivery in four steps
- ChoosePick a package from the table above and it goes straight to your basket. No call is needed before you buy.
- Agree the briefSend the destination, your target markets and the sites that have to appear through the contact page. We reply within one business day.
- Travel and shootDates agreed, you arrange what you cover, and the schedule is built around light rather than around convenience.
- ReceiveEverything arrives together by shared Google Drive, counted from the end of the trip.
Dates are agreed before anything is invoiced beyond the package itself, and we hold them once confirmed. You cover return travel and accommodation for two, plus meals on shooting days. We travel worldwide: destinations outside the UK and Europe are routine and are quoted the same way, with the longer notice period the only difference. Cancellation or a date move inside 21 days of departure means travel already booked is not recoverable, so tell us as early as you can and we will move rather than cancel wherever the airline allows it.
Bespoke
More than one destination, or a whole season?
Some destination briefs do not fit a package. A region rather than a single site, several properties across one trip, a campaign that has to land on a fixed press date, or a repeat visit each season so the same place is shown in more than one light. When that is the shape of it we scope the work rather than pushing you into the nearest package.
Quotes are prepared individually. Send us the shape of the problem and we come back with scope, timings and a fixed figure, usually within one business day.
- Regions rather than single sites
- Several properties in one trip
- Fixed press and campaign dates
- Seasonal repeat visits
- More than seven days on location

Questions
Before you book
Destination Reels, almost always. It is the cheapest way to see whether creator video suits your destination before a season of budget depends on it, and most boards that start there move up the following year knowing which sites carry it.
return travel and accommodation for two, plus meals on shooting days. There is no day rate, no crew charge and no expenses invoice afterwards. The package figure and those travel costs are the whole of it.
A licence lets you use the footage for a stated term. Full buyout. The destination owns the footage outright, with no end date, no platform limit and the right to sub-license it on. The practical difference is sub-licensing: under a buyout you can pass content to regional operators, hotel partners and agencies without a further conversation.
Because a destination shoot is scheduled weeks ahead, so a figure counted from the order date would tell you nothing. Every delivery figure runs from the day the trip ends.
Yes, routinely, and it is quoted the same way. The only difference is the notice period, which is 21 days for anything further afield.
The same team that plans the trip. Filming, editing, producing and permissions on the ground are all handled in house, on every package, so the person who agreed your shot list is the person holding the camera when it matters.
Trips are scheduled with slack for exactly that. If a day is lost we extend where the schedule allows, and reduce the deliverable count in writing where it does not, rather than hand over a set filmed in poor conditions and call it complete.
Yes, and a region rather than a single site is a common brief. Anything past the largest package is scoped rather than listed, because a multi destination trip is priced on the travel between them as much as the days on location.
In practice
How destinations actually use these
Start small, then own it
Most boards begin with the entry package because it answers a question nobody can answer from a deck: does creator video move our audience. One short trip and a set of Reels tells you which sites, which times of day and which framings people respond to, and that answer shapes the following season more than the footage does.
Why the middle package is the common landing point
Regional operators, hotel partners, airlines and trade agencies all end up wanting the same assets. Every one of those is a separate conversation under a term licence and none of them is under a buyout. That, rather than the extra Reels, is usually what moves a board up a tier.
What the largest package adds that the others cannot
Reach. It is the only one where the work is published from accounts belonging to the people who shot it, while they are still on location. A destination posting about itself is an advert. The same footage from somebody who went is a recommendation, and that distinction is the entire reason creator marketing works. Velena has produced creator video on retainer for Picsart and her work has been featured in Women's Health.
Where a package is the wrong answer
A single hotel, restaurant or venue is not a destination brief and is cheaper on the hospitality range. A region covering several sites in one trip, or a campaign pinned to a press date, is scoped rather than bought here. We will say which of the three applies before you pay for anything.
Not sure which fits? Tell us the destination and the season and we will name the package, including when the answer is the smallest one. See finished work on the Travel and Experiences portfolio, the case studies, or every review we have on the reviews page.
