The two things worth reading twice

What you get to keep, and where you can run it

Hospitality content is commissioned once and used for a year, so both of these matter more here than in a product shoot.

Included

B-roll pack

Unedited footage from the visit, handed over for your own team to use. Not a selects reel, the usable material.

  • Yours to cut into new posts whenever you like
  • Delivered with the finished edits
  • Useful for stories, ads and the website
  • Yours to keep and reuse indefinitely
Included

Where you can run it

Paid media on Meta, TikTok and Google as well as everything you own. Included on this package rather than sold as an upgrade.

  • Meta, TikTok and Google advertising
  • Your own channels and website
  • Booking engine and email
  • No separate licence fee

What a full day gets you

The kitchen, which is the part nobody films

A restaurant's food is on every competitor's feed. What is not is the pass at seven o'clock, the chef plating under pressure and the ninety seconds before service starts. That material is the reason to book a day instead of a session.

  • The chef at work, not the chef posedA kitchen in service looks nothing like a kitchen arranged for a camera, and audiences can tell within a second which one they are watching.
  • Behind the scenes outperforms platesPrep, the pass, the pre service briefing. It is the content restaurants are most reluctant to allow and the content that consistently performs best.
  • Service atmosphere needs serviceA full room at eight is not something that can be staged at three. A full day means being there when it happens.
  • Twelve pieces covers four to six weeksWhich turns a shoot into a content plan rather than a burst.

Bespoke

A group, a launch, or something not on this list?

Some hospitality briefs do not fit a package. A group with several properties, an opening with a fixed press date, a wedding or events season, or a property outside the usual travel radius. When that is the shape of it we scope the work rather than pushing you into the nearest package.

Quotes are prepared individually. Send us the property, the dates and what you need it for, and we come back with scope and a fixed figure. Quotes can also be requested at [email protected].

  • Multi property groups
  • Openings with a fixed press date
  • Weddings and events seasons
  • Longer stays than three nights
  • Properties outside the UK

Questions

Before you book

Why it works

Content Day in practice

Why behind the scenes outperforms the food

Every restaurant posts its food and almost none post their kitchen. The result is that a plate is generic content and a pass at seven o clock is not. Audiences have seen ten thousand plates this year and almost no kitchens, which is exactly why the second one stops the scroll.

The argument for filming during service

Nothing staged looks like service. The pace, the noise, the shorthand between a pass and a section, the moment a full room lands. All of it is unfilmable at three in the afternoon and all of it is why a full day costs more than a session.

Where this sits against a retainer

A Content Day is a foundation. The monthly retainer is maintenance, at two visits and ten Reels a month. Most restaurants that take content seriously do one of these and then move to the retainer rather than repeating the day.

Not sure this is the right package? Tell us about the property and we will say plainly which one fits, including when the answer is a cheaper one. Everything together on the hospitality packages page.
