What the price covers
- Twenty edited ReelsAcross every touchpoint and the seasonal theme, which is the volume a full campaign actually needs rather than the volume that fills a fortnight.

- A Stories content packThe format most hotels underuse and the one that carries offers and availability best.
- A complete caption packWritten to the content so a marketing team can schedule six weeks without writing anything.
- Paid media rights includedMeta, TikTok and Google, at no extra charge.

The two things worth reading twice
What you get to keep, and where you can run it
Hospitality content is commissioned once and used for a year, so both of these matter more here than in a product shoot.
B-roll pack
Unedited footage from the visit, handed over for your own team to use. Not a selects reel, the usable material.
- Yours to cut into new posts whenever you like
- Delivered with the finished edits
- Useful for stories, ads and the website
- Yours to keep and reuse indefinitely
Where you can run it
Paid media on Meta, TikTok and Google as well as everything you own. Included on this package rather than sold as an upgrade.
- Meta, TikTok and Google advertising
- Your own channels and website
- Booking engine and email
- No separate licence fee
Why a season is not just more nights
A campaign has a look, not just a length
Seasonal content fails when it is ordinary content posted in December. A Christmas campaign needs the property dressed, the light short, the fires lit and the menu on. That is a coordinated visit rather than a longer one.
- Filmed when the property is already dressedThere is no point filming Christmas in October. We book the visit into the window when the decorations are up and the seasonal menu is running.
- Short winter light is planned aroundFour hours of usable daylight in December is a scheduling problem before it is a creative one. Three nights is what makes it solvable.
- Twenty Reels covers six to eight weeksWhich is the actual length of a seasonal campaign. Twelve would run out in the middle of it.
- The theme runs through everythingReels, Stories, the YouTube video and the captions all built to one campaign rather than assembled from general content afterwards.

Bespoke
A group, a launch, or something not on this list?
Some hospitality briefs do not fit a package. A group with several properties, an opening with a fixed press date, a wedding or events season, or a property outside the usual travel radius. When that is the shape of it we scope the work rather than pushing you into the nearest package.
Quotes are prepared individually. Send us the property, the dates and what you need it for, and we come back with scope and a fixed figure. Quotes can also be requested at [email protected].
- Multi property groups
- Openings with a fixed press date
- Weddings and events seasons
- Longer stays than three nights
- Properties outside the UK

Questions
Before you book
Any of them. Christmas, summer, Valentine's and autumn are the most requested. The package is the same, the theme and the timing are yours.
As early as you can. A seasonal window is a few weeks wide and it is the same few weeks for every property that wants it filmed.
Because a themed campaign needs the property dressed and the light right, and in winter the usable daylight is short. Three nights is what makes twenty Reels achievable rather than optimistic.
Six to eight weeks at three a week, which is the actual length of a seasonal campaign rather than a fortnight of it.
Yes, included. Meta, TikTok and Google, at no extra charge.
Yes. Your use of it is not time limited. Seasonal content ages more slowly than most, because a decorated dining room looks much the same next December.
Yes, and we work around guests rather than through them. Tell us your policy on guests and staff appearing on camera before the visit.
Why it works
Seasonal Campaign in practice
The case for producing a season in one visit
Most properties film seasonal content twice: once badly on a phone in the first week, then properly in January when it is useless. Producing the whole thing in one coordinated visit while the property is dressed costs less than either and produces content that is actually in season when it posts.
Why twenty is the number
A seasonal campaign runs six to eight weeks. At three posts a week that is between eighteen and twenty four pieces. Twenty covers it without repeating, which is the entire point of commissioning a campaign rather than a shoot.
What to do with it the following year
Keep it. A decorated property looks much the same next season, and your use of the content is not time limited. Most properties re-run the strongest four or five and film a smaller top up rather than starting again.
Not sure this is the right package? Tell us about the property and we will say plainly which one fits, including when the answer is a cheaper one. Everything together on the hospitality packages page.
