Up to 4 hours of on-location event content by Velena and Dragos: six edited Reels, a Stories pack and a B-roll library, with paid ads rights, delivered within 3 to 5 working days of the event.

A full day of on-location event content by Velena and Dragos: twelve edited Reels, a 60 second highlight video, a Stories pack and B-roll, with paid ads rights, delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

Questions
Asked before booking event coverage.
Do you travel to the event?
Yes. within 90 minutes of High Wycombe is included. Elsewhere in the UK and Ireland, £180; Europe, £450, on at least 21 days notice.
What if the event runs over?
Each package states its hours on location. If your running order is longer, the next package up covers it; tell us before booking and we will say which one fits.
Can you post during the event?
The packages deliver the files. For posting on the day and in the weeks after, add social media management.
Who owns the footage?
You may use everything on your own channels and in paid ads. The Multi-Day Package carries all rights. Each package page sets out the rights in full.
