The rows that say not included matter as much as the ones that do. An event cannot be refilmed, so the scope is agreed before the day rather than discussed afterwards.

Why this is priced as a day, not as videos

An event does not happen twice

Every other range we sell can be refilmed if it misses. This one cannot, and that changes what you are actually buying.

• You are buying presence, not a Reel countCompare a video package on a Reel count and this looks expensive. Compare it on what happens if nobody is there, and it does not. The room empties, the speakers leave, and the footage does not exist.
• Same day Stories are the part agencies do not doMost suppliers disappear with a card and send files next week. Stories going out while the room is full is the only content that reaches people who are deciding whether to come next year.
• One person, on the day, from brief to editVelena films it and edits it. There is no runner passing cards to an editor who was not there and did not see which moment mattered.
• What we say no toIf your event needs two rooms covered at once, or a second angle on a stage, one creator cannot do it and we will say so rather than take the booking and under deliver.

Why not just generate it

A real person on camera needs no AI label

Generated video cannot cover an event at all, but it is worth stating what that means for the content you receive.

• The disclosure sits with you, not the toolMeta, TikTok and the FTC all require advertisers to disclose AI generated people, voices and lip sync, and the label measurably reduces click through rate. Everything here is filmed on the day with real people, so none of it meets those definitions.
• Nothing here is stock or reconstructedYour guests, your speakers, your venue, on the date it happened. No library footage stitched in to fill a gap.

We work globally. The supplement is set out below rather than added at invoice, and one supplement covers the whole booking rather than each day.

One supplement per booking, not per day. Shorter notice on a European booking can raise the airfare, and we tell you before you commit rather than after.

How it works

Booking to delivery in four steps

1. OrderAdd the package above. Nothing is committed until the date is confirmed.
2. Date and briefSend your order number, the event date, the venue and the moments that matter through the contact page. We reply within one business day and confirm the date in writing.
3. On the dayWe arrive at the agreed time, film to the brief and post Stories as the event runs. Your team runs the event.
4. ReceiveReels and stills arrive by shared Google Drive within 5 working days, ready to publish.

Before you order

The terms, in plain English

The full terms and conditions govern every order. These five change what you do next.

• The date is the productAn event booking holds a specific day in the diary that cannot then be sold to anyone else. Confirmed dates are confirmed, and what happens if a date moves is set out in Section 7.
• We are an advertising agency, not an event supplierVelena Lifestyle is SIC 73110. We film and edit content. We do not run the event, manage the venue, provide insurance for your attendees or take responsibility for anything outside the footage. Section 2.1.
• Permissions are yoursYou are responsible for the venue permitting filming and for telling attendees that content is being captured. We will not film anyone who declines.
• Some categories we decline outrightGambling, adult, cryptoasset, political, tobacco and vaping, weapons and prescription medicines. Tell us at enquiry rather than after paying. Section 6.
• What the licence does not allowNo resale or sub licensing to another brand, no separating Velena's image from the delivered content, and no using the content to train an AI model or generate a synthetic likeness. Those restrictions outlast the licence. Section 11.
