Every post is shown to you first. Nothing goes out until you have said yes.

The UGC Monthly Plan adds three videos a month, filmed in the range you choose, with advert rights on all three. It sits beside any of the five plans, or on its own.

Questions
Asked before choosing a social media plan.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Tell us and we will move you up to the next plan, so you can start small and add video, platforms or replies when you are ready.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan. The Small Business Social Pack has no contract and stops at the end of the month you have paid for. The other four run month to month, with 2 months notice.
Who owns my accounts?
You do. You give us only the access we need, you keep ownership of every account, and our access is removed when the plan ends.
Do you run paid adverts?
Only on the Elite Plan, which includes paid social management: included, 500 pounds of spend, 15 per cent above that. The other plans cover the content, not the adverts.
Will you guarantee followers or sales?
No. We promise the posts and the rhythm. Nobody can honestly guarantee reach, followers or sales. For what plans cost elsewhere, read our guide to social media management costs in the UK.
Do unused posts roll over?
No. Each month's posts belong to that month. If a post is not approved in time, we hold it rather than publish it.
