Fashion and Clothing UGC Premium package by Velena LifestylePremium tier

Fashion and Clothing UGC

The source files, so one shoot dresses a whole season

Full creative direction, 3 hooks, every unedited take, creator whitelisting and rights across all platforms. The licence runs 12 months on this tier and on Standard, so what you are buying here is the footage and the platform limit coming off. Velena directs, films and edits every order, and spent eleven months making content for Picsart, an AI creative platform used by well over a hundred million people.

Choose a length to add to your basket

Right tier if someone will actually open the raw files, or you advertise beyond Meta, TikTok and Google. If nobody will, Standard carries the same licence term for less. Prices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is added. Nothing is filmed until the concept, script and shot list are agreed.

What you get

Exactly what is included, and what is not

The rows that say not included matter as much as the ones that do, because ordering the wrong tier is the most expensive mistake a clothing brand makes here. The limits are set out before you order rather than in an email afterwards.

Why the video sits on the product page

The return is decided before the parcel is opened

Clothing is the only category where a large share of what you sell is expected to come back. The complaint is almost always the same one: it did not fit, or it did not look like it did on the website. A still photograph cannot answer either, because both are questions about movement and proportion.

  • Studio photography sells the garment at its bestSteamed, clipped at the back, shot on one body type in controlled light. None of those choices survives the customer's bedroom mirror.
  • A try-on answers the question the photograph avoidsHow long it actually is, how it sits when someone raises an arm, whether the waistband stays where it was put, what the fabric does after an hour of being worn.
  • The size is said out loudA viewer who can hear which size is being worn, on a body they can see, orders that size. A viewer who is guessing orders two and sends one back.
  • Colour and sheerness are shown, not correctedDeep reds and navies shift most between camera and screen, and light knits photograph opaque when they are not. Both are filmed in daylight against neutral, because a colour surprise on arrival reads as a wrong item rather than a lighting difference.
  • A refused return is worth more than a won saleThe sale you keep costs nothing further. The one you lose costs outbound postage, inbound postage, handling and a garment that may not be resaleable at full price.

Why not just generate it

A real person on camera needs no AI label

Generated fashion video is the cheapest thing on the market and the least useful, because the one thing a clothing buyer needs is the one thing it cannot supply.

  • The disclosure sits with you, not the toolMeta, TikTok and the FTC all require advertisers to disclose AI generated people, voices and lip sync, and the label measurably reduces click through rate. Filmed with a real person wearing your actual garment, none of this meets those definitions.
  • A synthetic body cannot answer a fit questionA generated model has no size, so the video answers nothing and the return still happens.
  • This is not an argument against the toolsVelena spent eleven months producing content for Picsart, much of it edited inside their own product.

What we will not do

Nothing is clipped, pinned or tucked out of frame

Backclipping is standard practice on fashion shoots. A clip at the spine takes the slack out of a dress and makes it hang the way the pattern intended rather than the way it was cut. It is also, precisely, the thing that produces a return.

  • The garment is worn as it arrivesNo clips, no pins, no fabric tucked behind the body, no shot framed to hide where a hem falls badly.
  • If it does not fit, we say so before filmingYou are told rather than sent a video of something straining or swamping, and where an order has several pieces we suggest filming a different one.
  • Honest is not unflatteringGood light, decent framing, a piece that suits the wearer. The distinction is between filming a garment well and filming one that has been quietly altered.

How it works

Order to delivery in four steps

  1. OrderPick your length above and it goes straight to your basket. Your ratio and content style are chosen at checkout.
  2. BriefSend your order number, concept and sizes through the contact page. We reply within one business day with the shipping address.
  3. ShipPost the garments by tracked delivery to High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire with the order number inside. Filming starts the day they land.
  4. ReceiveYour finished video arrives by shared Google Drive within 10 working days, ready to publish.

Sending from outside the UK

How this works if your stock ships from abroad

We work with clothing brands worldwide, and a try-on needs the real garment. This is what an overseas buyer needs before ordering rather than after.

  • The clock starts on arrival, not on orderSend by any tracked international service to our High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire address. The working days quoted run from the day it reaches us, so add transit time.
  • Mark it a commercial sample, pay duty at your endWe cannot clear a package held at customs, and one held long enough misses the launch it was filmed for.
  • Send the size you want on cameraFit is confirmed against your brief before filming. A wrong size costs nothing to resolve at that point and cannot be resolved afterwards.
  • Returns are by prior arrangementGarments go back tracked, at cost, if you say so in the brief and include a return address.
  • What you are chargedPrices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is added. If you are ordering from outside the UK your card issuer sets the exchange rate, and anything due in your own country is outside our invoice.
When Premium is not worth the step upIf nobody in house will edit, you are not whitelisting, you only advertise on Meta, TikTok and Google and the piece is a one season drop, Standard is the better spend and we will say so. The licence term is identical on both, so that is never the reason to move up.

Bespoke

A whole collection, or an ongoing content retainer?

Some clothing briefs do not fit a package: a full lookbook in one session, a drop with a fixed launch date, or a monthly retainer feeding an ad account across a season. When that is the shape of it we scope the work rather than pushing you into the nearest tier.

Quotes are prepared individually. Send us the shape of the problem and we come back with scope, timings and a fixed figure, usually within one business day.

  • Full collection or lookbook shoots
  • Drops with a fixed launch date
  • Monthly retainers across a season
  • Higher volume than three videos
  • Menswear and womenswear in one session

Questions

Before you order

Why it works

Premium in practice

What the source files are actually for

The coat filmed in early autumn is still the coat in December. What changes is the framing around it, so the same takes become a transitional piece, then a party outfit, then a sale item, without the garment ever leaving the warehouse again. On a one season drop that value never arrives, which is why it is written here rather than discovered afterwards.

Why the licence stops short of resale

Everything inside the term is yours to use however you like. Onward licensing is excluded because the footage is of a real person, and selling her performance to a third party is not something a product page can grant on her behalf. A specific arrangement can be discussed and priced, but it is a conversation rather than a checkbox.

Not sure this is the right tier? Tell us about the range and we will say so plainly, including when the answer is the cheapest thing we sell.
