The Care Plan tests every update on a copy before it touches your store, backs it up every day and checks the checkout after each update run. It starts after the Store Audit, which is credited against your first quarter.

Questions

Asked before ordering a store.

Should I choose the Build or the Retrofit?

If you have a WordPress site you want to keep, the Retrofit adds the shop to it, and we check your theme free before you buy. Anything else, including a site that needs rebuilding, is a Store Build.

Who owns the store?

You do. The domain, the hosting account, the code and every login are in your name from day one.

Do you write the product text?

No. You supply the product text and pictures, and we load, check and lay them out.

Why does a care plan need the audit first?

So we know the store before we are responsible for it. The audit fee is credited against your first quarter on the Care Plan or the Growth Plan.

What if I change my mind?

You get a full refund until work starts, and the same if we decline the project.
