Every figure on this page reads live from the shop, and the currency and tax position is stated here rather than left to the checkout screen. Prices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is added. If you are ordering from outside the UK your card issuer sets the exchange rate, and anything due in your own country is outside our invoice.

Why tech is the hardest UGC category
A spec sheet cannot be filmed, and a working device can
- The buyer is checking, not browsingSomebody watching a tech video has already read the listing. They are looking for the one thing the listing cannot show them, which is what it is actually like to use. That is the whole job.
- Setup is the objection nobody filmsThe most common reason a device gets returned is not that it underperformed. It is that it took an hour to get working. A demo that shows setup honestly removes more hesitation than a feature list ever will.
- An overstated demo is a returnEvery category punishes exaggeration. This one invoices you for it, because the buyer finds out within a week and sends the unit back. That is why the claims rule on this page is not negotiable.
- We will tell you when it does not demo wellSome products are genuinely better on paper than on camera. If yours is one, you hear it before the edit, and we would rather say so than deliver something thin and explain it afterwards.

Send the product charged, updated and with whatever it needs to work: a cable, an app account, a SIM, a hub it pairs to. A device that will not turn on cannot be demonstrated, and finding that out here costs you a week. Sending from outside the UK is routine. Post it as a commercial sample with a low declared value, allow for customs, and the clock starts the day it lands rather than the day it left you.

Some tech briefs do not fit a package. A full product line filmed from one shipment, a launch under embargo until a fixed hour, a device that needs a firmware build before it can be shown, or a category where every claim needs sign off before a word is scripted. When that is the shape of it we scope the work rather than pushing you into the nearest tier.

Before you order
Yes. A demo filmed without the product is not a demo. Send your order number and brief through the contact page after checkout and we reply with our address.
Say so in the brief and send whatever it needs: a test account, a licence key, a hub it pairs to. Discovering a device is locked to an account after it arrives costs a week and it is the commonest delay in this category.
The rights do not stretch that far. Organic only. No paid media rights at this tier. For placements behind spend, choose Standard, which carries a 12 month paid media licence.
Only if you can evidence them. We will show the device doing what it does, because that is filmable. A number that has not been substantiated does not get read out, on any tier, because an overstated demo is what drives a return.
Captured directly wherever the device or its app allows it. Filming a screen off a monitor produces moire and a dim image, and it is the fastest way to make good hardware look cheap.
Ask in the brief and we will quote return postage. Many brands leave the unit with us, which also means follow up content can be filmed later without a second shipment.
Delivery is counted from the day the device reaches us, not the day you order, because nothing can be demonstrated before it arrives.

Why brands start here
A tech listing already has renders, specifications and a feature grid. What it usually lacks is thirty seconds of the thing working in a real room. One video tells you whether that closes the gap for your buyer, and it costs less than finding out through returns.
What a good tech brief contains
What the device does that the photographs cannot show, the one hesitation you want removed, and anything that needs an account, a code or a second device to work. That last line is the one people forget, and it is the one that costs a week.
