What each tier actually buys you
The rows marked no matter as much as the rows marked yes. Ordering the wrong tier is the most expensive mistake a food and drink buyer makes here, so the ceilings are published.

The two things that cost the money
Raw footage and advertising rights
The two rows a food and drink buyer asks about after the product itself, set out in full here rather than abbreviated into a comparison table.
Raw footage
The finished video only. The unedited takes are not included, and cannot be added once a shoot has been delivered.
- No unedited takes
- No re-cutting into new adverts later
- Included on Premium
- Decide before filming, not afterwards
Advertising rights
A two month paid media licence from delivery, covering Meta, TikTok and Google at any spend level.
- Meta, meaning Facebook and Instagram
- TikTok and Google, including YouTube
- Any spend, any number of campaigns
- Extendable, or step up to twelve months on Premium
Content formats
Six food and drink formats
Which format your range needs usually comes down to where the video is going rather than what the product is.
- 01Taste reactionGenuine first taste with the expression and the product both in frame. The most shared format in food, and the one that cannot be staged convincingly after four takes.
- 02Recipe demoThe product used in a real preparation, start to finish. Longer watch time and the format that does most to show a customer what they would actually do with it.
- 03Restaurant and venue contentAtmosphere, service and plating filmed on location. Sells the experience rather than the dish, which is what a booking is actually made on.
- 04Unboxing and haulSubscription boxes, hampers and speciality products opened on camera. High engagement for gifting occasions and new launches.
- 05Paid ad creativeHook first, built for Meta and TikTok. In food the opening is usually a reaction or a problem, and those two behave very differently on cold traffic.
- 06Lifestyle integrationThe product inside a real moment: a morning, a brunch, a dinner, a picnic. Shows it as part of how people actually eat.
Why food video works
The reaction is the product
Food is the one category where the audience is buying an experience they cannot have through a screen. What closes that gap is not the plating, it is a face. And a face is the single hardest thing to fake on camera.
- First taste, filmed onceThe genuine first mouthful happens exactly once. We film it live rather than staging a reaction after four takes, because an audience that has watched a thousand food videos can tell the difference instantly.
- Sound carries as much as pictureThe crunch, the pour, the sizzle, recorded on the day rather than replaced from a library. In food the audio does about half of the persuading.
- No styling substitutesNo glue instead of milk, no motor oil instead of syrup, no steam added afterwards. Everything on camera is the product you sent, prepared the way you told us.
- We say what it actually tastes likeTexture, sweetness, heat, aftertaste. If something is very sweet or very hot we say so, because a review that likes everything equally persuades nobody.
How it works
Order to delivery in four steps
- Choose and purchasePick the tier here, then your video length on the product page. No consultation needed before ordering.
- Send your briefOrder number, brief and sizes through the contact page. We reply within one business day with the shipping address.
- Ship your productsTracked post with the order number inside. Filming begins the day they arrive. Items returned afterwards on request.
- Receive and publishMP4 files via shared Google Drive, ready to post or run as paid. Need ongoing posting? See social media management.
Bespoke
A full menu, or an ongoing retainer?
Some food and drink briefs do not fit a package. A whole menu shot in one session, a seasonal launch with a fixed press date, a monthly creative retainer feeding an ad account, or on location filming at a restaurant or venue. When that is the shape of it we scope the work rather than pushing you into the nearest tier.
Quotes are prepared individually. Send us the shape of the problem and we come back with scope, timings and a fixed figure. Quotes can also be requested at [email protected].
- Full menu or range shoots
- On location at a restaurant or venue
- Launches with a fixed press date
- Monthly creative retainers for ad accounts
- Higher volume than three videos
- Rush turnaround, subject to capacity

Questions
Before you order
If the video is for your product page or your own channels, Basic is enough. If it is going into a Meta or TikTok ad account you need Standard, because Basic is organic only and buying it first means paying twice. Order Premium for a multi step recipe, the raw footage or a full year of ad rights. Order the bundle to test three products at once.
Email through our contact page before shipping anything fresh or chilled and we agree a delivery date so filming happens the day it arrives. Ambient and packaged products go by tracked post with the order number inside.
No, at any tier. No glue instead of milk, no motor oil instead of syrup, no steam added in post. Everything on camera is the product you sent, prepared the way you told us to prepare it.
Recorded on the day, on every tier. The crunch, the pour and the sizzle are captured live rather than replaced from a library, because in food the audio does about half of the persuading.
Premium. A multi step preparation has to be planned rather than discovered, so the shot list accounts for cooking, resting and chilling time. Simple preparation is fine at Standard.
More than one for anything cooked or opened, and three for a Premium shoot. Food rarely survives a rehearsal, so a spare unit is the difference between one attempt and a shoot with room in it.
Yes. On location work is quoted separately rather than sold as a package, because it depends on travel, timing and access. Tell us what you have in mind through the contact page.
Only ones you have cleared. We film flavour, texture and preparation, which are observable. Anything reading as a nutrition or health claim goes in only if it is on your approved list, and we flag it before filming.
Why it works
Choosing between the four
The rights are the real difference, not the video
All four tiers deliver a video filmed by the same creators to the same standard. What changes is how long you can advertise with it, whether you hold the source files, and how much creative direction comes with it. Nobody sells a worse video at the bottom of a range, they sell a narrower licence, and it is more honest to say so.
Why two months and not twelve on Standard
Two months is long enough to test a creative properly and find out whether it works, and short enough that you are not paying for a licence on an advert you stopped running in week three. If it does work, extending is a conversation rather than a problem, and Premium starts at twelve months for campaigns you already know will run.
Why nobody believes a brand describing its own flavour
Every food brand says its product is delicious, which means the claim carries no information at all. A creator saying it is very sweet, or hotter than expected, or better cold than warm, carries a great deal, precisely because it includes something that is not flattering. The specific and slightly critical review is the one that converts, and it is the one a brand can never write about itself.
See the finished work on the food and drink UGC portfolio, or tell us about the range and we will name the tier that fits.
