How this works if your product ships from abroad

We work with beauty brands worldwide, and this range needs the real product in shot. This is what an overseas buyer needs before ordering.

• The clock starts on arrival, not on orderSend by any tracked international service to our High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire address. The working days quoted run from the day it reaches us.
• Mark it a commercial sample, pay duty at your endWe cannot clear a package held at customs. Cosmetics must meet UK import rules before posting.
• Aerosols, alcohol and nail products travel by roadMost couriers restrict them by air, the usual reason a parcel arrives late.
• One parcel is the pointThree separate orders mean three shipments and three sets of duty. Send everything the three briefs need together, sealed, full size and in date.
• What you are chargedPrices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is added. If you are ordering from outside the UK your card issuer sets the exchange rate, and anything due in your own country is outside our invoice.

• We make content, we do not test productsVelena Lifestyle is an advertising agency, SIC 73110. We do not manufacture, formulate, test or certify any product, and nothing in our process is a safety assessment, a regulatory review or claims substantiation. Responsibility for the product stays with the brand that places it on the market. Section 2.1.
• Nothing is filmed until all three scripts are agreedThe bundle is one order rather than three, so all three briefs and scripts are confirmed in writing before the session is booked. What happens to an order that does not go ahead is set out in Section 7.
• Some categories we decline outrightGambling, adult, cryptoasset, political, tobacco and vaping, weapons and prescription medicines. Alcohol, supplements, CBD, weight management, financial products and clinics are case by case. Tell us at enquiry rather than after paying. Section 6.
• The claims are yoursYou hold the evidence behind every claim and you are the advertiser if one is challenged. Every one of the three is scripted inside your approved wording, so the compliance position does not change between them.
• What the licence does not allowNo resale or sub licensing to another brand, no separating Velena's image from the delivered video, and no using the content to train an AI model or generate a synthetic likeness. Those restrictions outlast the licence. Section 11.
