Why not just generate it

A real person on camera needs no AI label

The cheap alternative is a generated face demonstrating a product it has never touched. Here is what is not on the pricing table.

How a result is filmed honestly

The most persuasive format in beauty and the easiest to fake, which is why buyers discount it. Ours are worth something because of what we refuse to do.

  Same light, same angle, same lens, same time of day, with the setup noted so the second session reproduces it. A change that only appears when the lighting moves is not a change, and an audience that has seen a hundred of those can tell.

• 2The real timeframe on screen

  Whatever the gap actually was, that is what the video says. Four weeks is four weeks. No compressed timelines, no unstated gaps, no second frame borrowed from another day.

• 3We will say if nothing changed

  If the product did not visibly do anything in the time available, you are told and the second frame is not fabricated. We rethink the angle rather than manufacture a result neither of us can stand behind.

What happens to the product while we hold it

A before and after means your product sits with us for weeks rather than days. That changes the handling, not the filming.

• The same unit, start to finishSwapping in a fresh jar halfway through would invalidate the whole thing. One unit is opened, used on the agreed schedule and kept until the second session, so send enough for the full timeframe plus the filming days.
• Stored as the label says, applied with a spatulaCool, dark and sealed between uses, because actives degrade in daylight. No double dipping across a multi week shoot.
• Used as directed, and no moreTwice daily means twice daily. Overusing a product to force a visible change is the same lie as a lighting trick, just slower.

How this works if your product ships from abroad

We work with beauty brands worldwide, and this range needs the real product in shot. It matters more here than on the other tiers, because a before and after holds your product for weeks.

• The clock starts on arrival, not on orderSend it by any tracked international service to our High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire address. The working days quoted run from the day it reaches us, so add your transit time.
• Mark it a commercial sample, pay duty at your endWe cannot clear a package held at customs. Cosmetics must meet UK import rules before posting.
• Aerosols, alcohol and nail products travel by roadMost couriers restrict them by air, the usual reason a parcel arrives late.
• Sealed, full size and in dateAn item expiring during a multi week window cannot go on skin. Assume it does not come back.
• What you are chargedPrices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is added. If you are ordering from outside the UK your card issuer sets the exchange rate, and anything due in your own country is outside our invoice.

The full terms and conditions govern every order. These five change what you do next.

• We make content, we do not test productsVelena Lifestyle is an advertising agency, SIC 73110. Nothing in our process is a safety assessment, a regulatory review or claims substantiation, and a before and after is a filmed record of one person over one period, not a clinical study. Section 2.1.
• Nothing is filmed until the concept is agreedWe confirm the brief, the claims, the script and the shot list in writing before anything is recorded. What happens to an order that does not go ahead is set out in Section 7.
• Some categories we decline outrightGambling, adult, cryptoasset, political, tobacco and vaping, weapons and prescription medicines. Alcohol, supplements, CBD, weight management, financial products and clinics are case by case. Tell us at enquiry rather than after paying. Section 6.
• The claims are yoursYou hold the evidence and you are the advertiser if a claim is challenged, including anything a before and after appears to demonstrate.
• What the licence does not allowNo resale or sub licensing to another brand, no separating Velena's image from the delivered video, and no using the content to train an artificial intelligence model or to generate a synthetic likeness. Those restrictions apply to the raw footage exactly as they apply to the finished cut, and they outlast the licence. Section 11.
