E-commerce and DTC UGC
Two openings on one product, so the ad set has something to compare
A scripted e-commerce video with 2 opening hooks, delivered in every aspect ratio and licensed for paid media across Meta, TikTok and Google for 12 months. Velena writes it, films it and edits it, and spent eleven months making content for Picsart, an AI creative platform used by well over a hundred million people.

Choose a length to add to your basket
Right tier if the video is going into an ad account. If someone in house will recut the footage, or you advertise beyond Meta, TikTok and Google, order Premium. Prices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is added. Nothing is filmed until you approve the script.

Why not just generate it
A real person on camera needs no AI label
The cheap alternative is a generated video of a product nobody has held. Here is the part of that comparison that is not on the pricing table.
- The disclosure sits with you, not the toolMeta, TikTok and the FTC all require advertisers to disclose AI generated people, voices and lip sync, and the label measurably reduces click through rate. Filmed with a real person and a real product, none of this meets those definitions.
- Generated product footage gets the details wrongScale, weight, how a lid actually opens, how a fabric actually falls. Those are the things a photograph already fails to show, and the entire reason to commission video.
- This is not an argument against the toolsVelena spent eleven months producing content for Picsart, much of it edited inside their own product.
Rights, in plain terms
What paid ads rights actually cover
- CoveredMeta, meaning Facebook and Instagram, plus TikTok and Google including YouTube Any spend level, for 12 months, plus organic use on your own channels.
- Not coveredRunning the advert from a creator handle rather than your brand account. That is whitelisting and it sits on Premium. Licensing the footage on to a third party is not included at any tier.
- 12 months, stated plainlyLong enough that a creative which works can keep running for a full year without a rights conversation. Nothing expires quietly in the middle of a campaign.
- How to use the two hooksRun both as separate creatives in one ad set, give each enough budget to leave the learning phase, keep the winner, then order a fresh pair against it rather than reusing the loser.
The two things that separate this from Premium
Raw footage and platform reach
The licence term is not one of them. It is 12 months on both tiers.
Raw footage
The finished video only. The unedited takes cannot be added to a shoot once it has been delivered.
- No unedited takes
- No recutting into new adverts later
- Included on Premium
- Decide before filming, not afterwards
Advertising reach
A 12 months paid media licence covering the platforms that carry almost all e-commerce spend. Premium keeps the same term, widens it to all platforms and adds whitelisting.
- Meta, meaning Facebook and Instagram, plus TikTok and Google including YouTube
- Any spend, any number of campaigns
- Not other platforms, and not whitelisting
How it works
Order to delivery in four steps
- OrderPick your length above and it goes straight to your basket.
- BriefSend your order number and brief through the contact page. We reply within one business day and confirm the script before filming.
- ShipPost the product by tracked delivery to High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire with the order number inside.
- ReceiveBoth hooks and every ratio arrive together by shared Google Drive within 7 working days.
Ordering from outside the UK
How this works if your product ships from abroad
We work with e-commerce brands worldwide, and this range needs the real product in shot. This is what an overseas buyer needs before ordering rather than after.
- The clock starts on arrival, not on orderSend by any tracked international service to our High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire address. The working days quoted run from the day it reaches us, so add your transit time when planning a launch.
- Mark it a commercial sample, pay duty at your endWe cannot clear a package held at customs, and one held long enough delays the shoot rather than the invoice.
- Send it exactly as a customer receives itSealed, complete, with the packaging. If it arrives loose the unboxing moment is gone before filming starts.
- Assume it does not come backIt is opened, used and filmed with. Return is by prior arrangement only.
- What you are chargedPrices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is added. If you are ordering from outside the UK your card issuer sets the exchange rate, and anything due in your own country is outside our invoice.

Bespoke
A whole catalogue, or an ongoing creative retainer?
Some e-commerce briefs do not fit a package: a full catalogue in one session, a launch with a fixed date, or a monthly retainer feeding an ad account. When that is the shape of it we scope the work rather than pushing you into the nearest tier.
Quotes are prepared individually. Send us the shape of the problem and we come back with scope, timings and a fixed figure, usually within one business day.
- Full catalogue or collection shoots
- Launches with a fixed date
- Monthly retainers for ad accounts
- Higher volume than three videos
- Ongoing content for subscription boxes

Questions
Before you order
Three things that matter commercially. Standard licenses the video for paid media on Meta, TikTok and Google for 12 months, where Basic is organic only. Standard includes a script written for you and 2 hook variations to test. And Standard delivers all three aspect ratios rather than one.
Not the licence term. Both carry 12 months. Premium adds the raw footage, a third hook, whitelisting so the advert can run from a creator handle, and widens the licence from Meta, TikTok and Google to all platforms. If none of those four changes your plan, Standard is the tier to order.
12 months from delivery, at any spend level, across Meta, TikTok and Google. A creative that works can run for a full year without a rights conversation, and nothing expires quietly in the middle of a campaign.
No. Velena is a real person, she is the one on camera and behind it, and your actual product is in her hands. There is no AI disclosure label to apply under Meta, TikTok or FTC rules, and no platform can reclassify the creative later. She has produced content for Picsart, an AI creative platform, so this is not a position against the tools.
No. The raw footage sits on Premium. Standard delivers the finished video in all three aspect ratios with both hooks. If your team recuts creative in house, order Premium instead.
Yes. Tell us the angles you want tested in your brief and we write to them. If you would rather we propose them, both openings are sent for approval before anything is filmed.
7 working days from the day your product arrives at our High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire address. Both hooks and every aspect ratio are delivered together, not in stages.
Ongoing monthly content is social media management, a separate service priced separately and running rolling monthly on 2 months notice. Many e-commerce brands run both: a batch of UGC for the ad account, and management for the organic channels.
Why it works
Standard in practice
Why two hooks and not one video
The first three seconds decide whether the rest is watched. Testing two openings against each other tells you something a single creative cannot, and it costs a fraction of finding out through spend. Most accounts learn more from two hooks in week one than from a month of one advert.
What the licence term is actually for
A creative that works should be able to keep working. The failure mode with a short licence is not the cost, it is discovering mid-campaign that the asset carrying your best cost per acquisition has to come down. A full year removes that conversation, and the video keeps earning on the product page and in email long after the paid test has finished.
Not sure which tier fits? Tell us about the product and the campaign and we will say plainly which one to order, including when it is a cheaper one.
