Couple UGC
Couple UGC creator UK: two people who actually know each other
Most couple content is two creators hired separately and asked to act like a couple. Ours is the two people who run this agency. You can tell in the first two seconds, and so can your buyer.

There is no separate couple product. It is a format you ask for inside the category that matches what you sell, at the same price. Which category is yours.
The decision
When a second person earns its place, and when it does not
Adding a second person to a shoot is not automatically better. It costs framing, it costs pace, and in most categories it costs attention. Here is where it pays and where it does not.
Where two people change the result
In each of these the purchase is shared or given, so a single person on camera is telling only half the story the buyer is actually in.
- The gift and the reaction. One person choosing, the other receiving. The reaction is the product demonstration and it cannot be performed alone
- The shared stay. A room, a table or a trip booked for two, shown as it is actually used
- The occasion. An anniversary, a proposal, a Christmas. The date is the reason for the purchase and the second person is the reason for the date
- It does not rescue a product nobody wants. Nothing does
Where one person is better
Two people in frame halves the space the product has and doubles what the viewer has to track. In these cases that is a straight loss.
- Application, texture and close detail, where hands are the shot
- Anything where the product is a screen
- Straight product review, where a second voice dilutes the opinion rather than corroborating it
- Never order it because it looks more premium. It does not
If one person is the right answer, that is women led or men led work at the same price. If nobody needs to be on camera, voiceover is cheaper to iterate. We will say which of the four your brief wants before you pay for anything.
The difference
Why a real pair is not the same as two bookings
- Nobody has to act familiarThe single hardest thing to fake on camera is ease. Two creators booked separately spend the first hour of a shoot getting comfortable, and it shows in the footage that follows.
- A marketplace cannot promise the same two twiceIf a campaign runs across a season, the second video needs the same faces. A roster can supply a couple once and rarely the same couple again.
- One brief, not twoThere is a single conversation, a single schedule and a single invoice, because both people are on the same side of it.
- The framing was planned, not negotiatedWho holds the product, who reacts and who is out of shot is decided before the camera is on, which is the difference between a shot and a situation.
- It is the same standard as everything elseSame brief process, same tiers, same rights, same delivery. Couple is a format, not a premium.
- Both are named on this siteYou know who is turning up, which is not the case when a platform assigns you two handles a week before the shoot.
Where to order it
Six categories where a couple is the usual answer
Ask for couple format in the brief and the price does not change. These six are where a second person most often earns its place.
| Category | Why two people here | From | Packages |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jewellery and Accessories | The gift and the reaction, which is the whole purchase in one shot. | £150 | Jewellery and Accessories |
| Food and Drink | A shared table looks like an occasion. A single plate looks like a review. | £160 | Food and Drink |
| Fashion and Clothing | Occasion dressing, where the outfit exists because of where two people are going. | £150 | Fashion and Clothing |
| Wellness and Fitness | Shared routines, where the second person is the reason it is kept up. | £150 | Wellness and Fitness |
| Lifestyle | A product inside a shared day rather than a single one. | £130 | Lifestyle |
| Restaurants and venues | A table for two is what the venue actually sells, so it is what the video should show. | £650 | Hospitality range |
Hotels and stays are shot on location over a day or more and start at £1,950 on the hospitality range. Whole destinations are the travel packages. Couple format can be asked for in any of the twelve categories on the UGC portfolio, not only these six. Prices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is added. If you are ordering from outside the UK your card issuer sets the exchange rate, and anything due in your own country is outside our invoice.

How it works
Order to delivery in four steps
- Pick the categoryFrom the six above, or any of the twelve on the portfolio. The price is the category price.
- Say couple in the briefName the occasion, who is giving and who is receiving, and anything that must be said. We reply within one business day.
- Send the productTo High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. For a venue or a stay we come to you, and that is quoted on the hospitality range rather than per video.
- Receive the filesBy shared Google Drive, in every ratio your tier includes, which is 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 from Standard up.
Turnaround is 5 working days on Basic, 7 working days on Standard and 10 working days on Premium, counted from the day the brief and the product are both with us. Organic use on your own channels plus paid media rights for 12 months from delivery. Basic is the exception and is deliberately cheaper for it: Organic only. No paid media rights at this tier.

Questions
Before you order
No, and often the better version does not. A gifting reaction can be one pair of hands giving and one face receiving. A shared stay can be shot from one perspective with the second person implied. Say in the brief whether you want both faces, one face, or neither, because it changes the framing more than it changes the price.
No. The price is the category price, the same as any other format. Two people are not two fees, because it is one brief, one shoot and one edit. What changes is the framing and the pacing, not the invoice.
Velena and Dragos, the two people who run this agency, and both are named on the site with what each does. That is the point of the format: nobody has to act familiar, because they are not two creators booked separately and introduced on the day. If a campaign runs across a season you get the same two faces in the second video as the first, which a roster cannot promise.
From Standard upwards. Organic use on your own channels plus paid media rights for 12 months from delivery. The platforms covered are Meta, meaning Facebook and Instagram, plus TikTok and Google including YouTube. Occasion campaigns are where this format usually goes, so if the run is tied to a date, tell us the date and we will work back from it rather than from the order.
Yes, and it is priced differently. Anything shot on location is quoted by the day rather than per video, so hotels, restaurants and venues sit on the hospitality range and whole destinations on the travel packages. Both of us travel, which is what makes couple format possible on location at all.
Top Rated on Upwork with 100 per cent Job Success, and 5 star rated on Fiverr. Both founders guest lecture at the University of Greenwich on social media and content strategy. Filming since 2022, 100+ brands. Our own press is Women's Health. Client coverage in Vogue, Conde Nast and TimeOut belongs to the client and is labelled that way rather than borrowed.
Routinely. Post the product to High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, brief by email, and the files come back over Google Drive. On location work outside the UK is quoted with a longer notice period and is otherwise the same.
In practice
How brands brief couple content well
Name the occasion, not the product
The most useful line in a couple brief is the moment the purchase happens: an anniversary, a first weekend away, a Christmas morning. A creator can work out how to hold a product. What she cannot invent is the reason two people are in the room, and a brief that only lists features produces a video where the second person is standing there for no reason.
Decide who is giving before the shoot
Gifting content has a direction, and it changes everything about the framing. One person choosing and one receiving is a different video from two people discovering something together, and both are different again from two people using something they already own. Pick one. Trying to cover all three in fifteen seconds produces a video that reads as none of them.
Occasion campaigns work backwards from a date
Valentine's, Mother's Day, Christmas and Black Friday all have a run up rather than a day, and the content has to be live before the buying starts rather than on the occasion itself. Tell us the date the campaign goes live and we work back from it, which usually means briefing several weeks earlier than feels necessary.
Where couple is the wrong answer
Close detail, application, texture and anything where hands are the shot. Screens, where the product is an interface and a second person is in the way. Straight product review, where a second voice dilutes the opinion instead of corroborating it. If your brief is one of those, women led, men led or voiceover will do more for the same money, and we will say so.
If the purchase is shared, the video should be too
Pick the category closest to what you sell, ask for couple format in the brief, and the price is the same. Or tell us the occasion and we will say which format it wants.
