What a Full Day Actually Looks Like
Hour by hour breakdown from arrival to departure
This is what a typical Stay and Create shoot looks like at a property. The exact timing changes with your hotel and what we are highlighting, but the structure stays consistent. Two nights gives us two sunrises, two sunsets, two evenings, three full meal services and enough time to genuinely capture what makes your property feel different.
Arrival, recce and brief alignment
We arrive, check in, walk the property with whoever knows it best (general manager or marketing lead). We confirm the shot list, identify any operational sensitivities, and find the unobvious angles a phone tour would miss.

First proper shoot block. We use the last hour of natural light for exteriors, rooftop, terrace, pool, anything that looks better when the sun is low. This is usually the imagery that becomes your hero shot.

We shoot the restaurant during a live service. The energy of a working dinner is what separates real hospitality content from a sterile food photoshoot. We coordinate with the kitchen for dish plating and capture the room as guests experience it.

Best light of the day for guest rooms. We shoot a selection of room types with the morning light hitting the bed, the balcony view, the bathroom. These become the booking-decision images.

Breakfast service, lobby activity, the small moments that make a hotel feel alive. This is where we capture the staff at work, the front-of-house energy, the everyday character that separates one hotel from another.

Pool, spa, gym, wellness areas, any unique amenities. We work around guest schedules where needed and prioritise areas that need to look populated versus areas that benefit from being empty.

Final shoot block. We capture the variations we missed and shoot the connecting footage for the YouTube feature video. This is the asset that becomes your hero paid ad creative, doubled as long-form on YouTube and cut into multiple shorts.
